We show you some simple rules that we wish our guests respect.
A) The day of your departure you have to leave the room about 11.00 o' clock so as to allow the staff can clean. B) On your arrival, after recording personal data, you'll have to pay in cash.
C) The breakfast will be served in the Breakfast Room, located on the
back of the house, to the first floor between 8.00 and 9.30 am.
D) The cleaning will be carried out once a week and include a change of bed linen and towels. E) Inside the rooms you can't smoke. Compliance with this simple rule stems from the need to protect those who don't smoke or who will be after you in what is your room temporarily. F) The bed and breakfast is not responsible for value items that It will be left unattended by the owners. G) Any damage should be declared and you have to pay immediately to the house's owner. H) Please note that the internal regulation and the Municipal Police standards require SILENCE in time period between 2.00 and 4.00 Pm and 10.00 Pm to 8.00 Am.
