Sardinia
is an island It have about 1.840 kilometers of coastline. The
appearance of these is still today wild and unspoiled. The sea is clear
and practically free from any form of pollution. The climate is
extremely temperate and everyone of us can give of evidence the
existence of a
long "hot season". All these things became Sardinia one of the most
popular countries on summer holidays. If we add that the internal wild areas preserve
in many cases the characters of a primordial nature with specimens of
rare flora and fauna, the extraordinary artistic
and archaeological
heritage, witnessed by the millennial events and in many case the
existence of a rigid adherence to the genuine tradition, a big
attention to quality of its products, the genuine gastronomy and,
certainly not least, the proverbial hospitality of its habitants, you
can have a complete idea about the reasons that persuade many people to
spend their holidays on the island.
But
if it is true to ensure the success of tourism, it is also true that
the first strong and irresistible attraction for visitors came from the
splendid Sardinian coast. Beaches pink, white beaches from the sea or
heavenly emerald, surrounded by vegetation essential are ready to paint
beautiful moments. Among the many riches of tourism, Cagliari is
considered certainly the most beautiful city because of the views
offered by various quarters, which adds a considerable artistic and
archaeological heritage and the importance of its ecological ponds. But
the city is, in my opinion, insufficiently considered to the wonderful
Poetto beach, 5 km long and extends to the territory of Quartu
